Ms. Ghandour excels at structuring and implementing innovative legal strategies that optimize results for her clients while conserving their resources. Ms. Ghandour is licensed in four states, Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California, and is able to manage client concerns throughout the Northwest. Ms. Ghandour earned a B.A. in International Relations from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY in 1994 and earned a J.D. from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 1998.

By operating in a nearly paperless environment, Ghandour Law is able to sustain a reduced cost infrastructure that affords her greater flexibility in responding to the needs of the clients she represents.


For the last twenty-three years, Ms. Ghandour has concentrated her work in complex construction defect lawsuits, commercial litigation, real estate disputes, product liability, insurance coverage, and personal injury claims in state and federal courts. Prior to starting her own firm, Ms. Ghandour pioneered and implemented various procedures that increased cost-savings and efficiencies for the benefit of her clients. Ms. Ghandour began her career in California, where she represented contractors and tried cases for the Orange County Public Guardian. Ms. Ghandour is fluent in Arabic and proficient in French.

Ms. Ghandour has represented clients in dozens of bench trials, several jury trials, hundreds of hearings, and hundreds of successful settlements and arbitrations.

Ms. Ghandour was chosen by the Oregon State Bar for their Leadership College. She was also the recipient of the Oregon State Bar 2017 President’s Diversity & Inclusion Award.

In 2019, Ms. Ghandour was honored to receive the AILA Richard M. Ginsburg Outstanding Leadership for Immigrant Rights Award. Ms. Ghandour was selected by her peers as a SuperLawyer(tm) in 2019 and 2020.


Ms. Ghandour is admitted to practice law in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and California. She is also a member of the Owen Panner Inn of Court, Oregon Women Lawyers, Claims Litigation Management Alliance, and Defense Research Institute. At various times Ms. Ghandour has served as a leadership college fellow in the Oregon State Bar and had positions with various other Bar Associations. Ms. Ghandour is the Past President of the Multnomah Bar Association and the Queen’s Bench. She has served on the Oregon State Bar’s Diversity Section Executive Committee and was a Pupilage Group Leader for the Owen Panner Inn of Court.  Ms. Ghandour is past Chair of the Multnomah Bar Association’s Equality and Diversity Committee and past Co-Chair of the Oregon Women Lawyers Networking Committee. Ms. Ghandour is also a founding member and Past President of the board for the Arab American Cultural Center of Oregon (“AACCO”). Currently, Ms. Ghandour continues her service on the board of AACCO and Queen’s Bench. She will also be serving on the Owen Panner Inn of Court Executive Committee.
